Okay, to make a character you need to go to the character post and read the character templates. The information is all there. Follow the instructions and if you have any questions, post them in the OOC forum. Someone will be along to help you shortly.

Please make only characters that are ment for the shifters universe and be familiar with the comic and the world in it. I don't want to have to explain the veil a bazillion times. Also, please try to play character races in the templates, anything not in the templates hasn't been completely hashed out yet, so we don't want people trying to play something WE aren't sure of yet.
